Shipping & Delivery

* Most orders shipped within 24-48 hours - weekends and holidays excluded
* UPS does not pick up or deliver packages on weekends or holidays
* Items ordered together may ship separately
* Active Mailorder does not ship internationally, with the exception of Canada
* Active carries selected merchandise that is restricted from International shipping. If an order is placed with this selected product, you will be notified via email.

Signatures are required for the delivery of the following orders

* All first time orders over $250.00
* All first time UPS Next Day Air orders
* All first time orders with different bill to and ship to addresses

UPS will not deliver a box that is signature required without someone being available to sign for the package. If this is a problem give us a call within 24 hours of placing your order.

All suspect orders are subject to verification - orders will be held until verified.

UPS Ground is our Default shipping method and is available for all US mainland states

* 2-Day Air & Next Day Air shipping methods are available upon selection.
* Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, Canada and Military Addresses do not qualify for UPS Ground.

Subjekt Skate Supply Registration

Personal information is gathered by Subjekt Skate Supply during the order check out process. During the check out process, your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, fax number, credit card information, and information about your interests in and use of various products, programs, and services are collected. Your account user name and password are collected at this time as well. Please note that your user name is your email address and you may create your own unique password. If you forget your password you can request to have your password emailed to your email address. For security reasons, Subjekt Skate Supply does not store sensitive credit card information on our servers. To view your account history click My Account at any time to view your Subjekt Skate Supply order history and track the status of your orders placed online. In order to view the information in the My Account section of the site you must first log in using your username and password. Remember your user name is your email address. Personal information is also gathered by Subjekt Skate Supply when you request a catalog. When a catalog is requested we gather your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, fax number, and information about your interests in and use of various products, programs, and services. If at any time you would like to be removed from our email list please send an email to remove@SubjektSkateSupply.com and type Remove in the subject line.

Updating Personal Information

Log on to SubjektSkateSupply.com and click My Account to update your personal information online. You can also call 800.588.3911 and an Subjekt Skate Supply sales representative can change your information for you. You must first state your user name and password, prior to any change of information. If you have lost or do not remember your password please send an email from the email account/address you used to register. We will only send password information to the email address listed under the account/address. Password information cannot be given out over the phone.
Information Usage

The information collected during registration is used to primarily to process and ship your order and/or catalog. Your account information is maintained privately on our secure web servers. Occasionaly, unless otherwise requested during the check out process, Subjekt Skate Supply may share information about our customer's with affiliated companies and other reputable third party vendors in order to enhance the service we provide. Subjekt Skate Supply requires this information be handled securely and responsibly. Subjekt Skate Supply does not sell, share, or rent email addresses and does not condone unsolicited email.

Subjekt Skate Supply will disclose any information we maintain when required to do so by law, for example, in response to a court order or a subpoena. We also may disclose such information in response to a law enforcement agency's request.

Returns & Replacements

Return and Exchange Policy

You may return your merchandise for credit to your credit card or you may exchange for another item. Please be certain to complete the return form on the bottom of your invoice or the one you can download here. Repack the item(s) in the box your order was shipped in and return the package to Subjekct Skate Supply.

Shipping and Handling

We DO NOT accept C.O.D.'s on return items. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Thank you for your support. Call: 208 442 4476 or e-mail our Returns Department
Clothing

* All items must be unused and include the original packaging
* Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached - no pet hair, no human hair, no smoke smell
* If you plan to return your clothing please keep it clean
* Once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged

Skate Decks and Hardware

* All decks must be un-skated and in like-new condition
* No deck is completely guaranteed
* Once a deck has been assembled, it or its parts cannot be returned or exchanged
* Subjekt does not replace broken decks or decks with pressure cracks
* Subjekt Skate Supply is not responsible for actual deck color and/or dimensions
* All deck returns are dealt with the manufacturer and are subject to their discretion

Videos

* Videos must be unopened and in original packaging

Defective Merchandise

Subjekt Skate Supply does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe your product is defective please send it back along with the return form explaining the defect. Subjekt Skate Supply will reimburse shipping charges only on items declared defective (up to $9.00)
